My puppy, Gipper, is a 6 month old Lancashire Heeler. He is constantly biting. I ignored it when he was very young, but he hasn’t stopped. Whenever he plays, he bites. He is getting bigger and is around 10 lbs now. I know I should have stopped this sooner, but I didn’t. I thought it was cute. Well, it isn’t cute anymore. Is it too late to stop this? It isn’t aggressive at all, just playful. But I don’t want him to do it anymore.

If you clamp your hand around his mouth really fast when he bites he’ll bite his tongue, usually that helps puppies learn
